The SSA500DH-PROT/RS is a powerful and reliable automatic sawmill that can easily process even larger logs with a diameter of up to 50 cm thanks to its 9.2 kW diesel engine and automatically switchable oil cooler. The chainsaw is equipped with a high-quality OREGON saw chain and guide bar and features a new mechanical central lubrication system for a long service life. The hydraulic chainsaw and log holder operation and the splitting cross adjustment ensure fast and easy working, while the new wider hydraulic feed chain automatically transports the material to the sawing and splitting machine. The new mechanical flaps prevent the sawn material from jamming. With a capacity of 5-8 m³ of wood per hour and automatic material removal via a belt conveyor, this automatic sawing and splitting machine is the perfect choice for efficient wood processing. Thanks to the crawler track with wide rubber tracks and the LED interior lighting with switch, the automatic sawing and splitting machine is at home on any terrain. The battery-powered electric starter and the 2+1 control valve set make operation easy and convenient. The control valve set, PARKER double pump, and plunger hydraulic motor for the chainsaw ensure reliable and long-lasting performance.
Special features
High-quality components such as PARKER valves and pump are complemented in our SSA500D-HPROT/RS by a brand-name saw chain and blade from OREGON. New features in this series include mechanical flaps, hydraulic split cross adjustment, an automatically switchable oil cooler, LED interior lighting, and a crawler track with rubber chain. Developed and designed in Germany, this fully automatic sawing and splitting machine meets all requirements. To make work even easier, optional accessories such as a 6-way or 8-way splitting wedge, a log lifter, and a log feeder are available for purchase.
